This Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for refunds related to CraigsCleaner subscription services. We strive to ensure full customer satisfaction with our services, but we understand that there may be situations when a refund is appropriate.

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues with our service that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 business days from when the issue is reported to us), you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.
  2. Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charges in full.
  3. Mistaken Subscription: If you mistakenly purchased a subscription and contact us within 48 hours of purchase, we may offer a full refund at our discretion, provided the service has not been extensively used.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following circumstances:

  1. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about the subscription after the 48-hour grace period has passed.
  2. Misuse of Service: If the service was used in violation of our Terms of Service.
  3. Subscription Cancellation: Cancelling your subscription will stop future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
  4. Extended Use: If you have used the service for more than 30% of your current billing cycle.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@craigscleaner.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Provide your account email address, the date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  3. Include any relevant information or evidence that supports your refund request, such as screenshots of technical issues or duplicate charges.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on:

  1. The amount of time the service has been used during the current billing period.
  2. The specific circumstances of your refund request.
  3. Any promotional or discounted rates applied to your subscription.

Payment Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.
